I am a what I would call myself a fussy and demanding client with high expectations of service from Melbourne and have owned and surveyed the Noosa property market for nearly 15 years so I would rate my knowledge of the area high . In that time I have met many Agents in the area and while they are adequate in what the do to sell properties ie go through the process of advertising , taking enquiries they fell very short on my expectations largely in relation to be able to accurately value a property according to the market (Im not talking about the value of what a person will pay for it but what it is actually worth ) – why is this important ? Well when someone wants to buy your property you want an agent who will fight to get that estimated price for you – Yes the price that you and your Agent have assessed its worth . Petar not only believed what we thought ours was worth but educated prospects as to what the market was doing – this takes time and belief . The fact that he fielded over 200 enquiries on our irreplaceable abode was an amazing feat in his belief in our property . Not once did he come back and try to lower the expected price we had agreed on just to get the sale done and move on . Agents like Petar help everyone in the area who owns properties by achieving the best price and not just a price thats offered – I know that my neighbours in Peppers will be over the moon with the record price he achieved with his shear hard work . The second element he bought to table was clear and concise communication I never once had to follow him up on any matter and when inspections were done he always rang or text me directly after the showing . Bottom line for me and my families experience with Petar was we engaged an agent who loved our property more than we did and he knew more about the market than we did – I guess that what you pay for – Pretty simple really .

Petar was polite, active and welcoming enabling us to view the property at short notice, negotiate a price point which was good in common and that enabled us to close before the auction was to take place.

We are moving from NSW and landed in Noosa right in the middle of the craziest real estate market ever! We had very strict requirements in term of location, aspect and pricing but with stock at all-times lows we were not prepared to compromise.
